个人简介:

王宗申,博士(后)/教授、博/硕士生导师、博士后合作导师,新加坡南洋理工大学访问学者,南非大学兼职教授,山东省高等学校青年创新团队带头人,江苏省科技副总;担任国家自然科学基金函评专家、《塑性工程学报》青年编委、《Metals》客座编辑、中国光学学会激光加工专业委员会委员、中国机械工程学会塑性工程分会/表面工程分会会员。主要从事塑性成形理论与工艺、模具设计与制造、塑性成形过程数值模拟、模具CAD/CAM/CAE、材料塑性成形新工艺/新技术等方面的教学与科研工作;目前研究方向为激光材料加工及表面工程、高性能轻合金组织与性能调控、剧烈塑性变形方法与机理等,主持国家自然科学基金、山东省自然科学基金、山东省高等学校青创科技支持计划、淄博市校城融合发展计划等项目以及横向课题多项,作为骨干成员参与国家自然科学基金面上项目、国家重点研发计划项目(政府间国际科技创新合作专项)等省部级以上课题十余项,以第一作者或通讯作者发表学术论文38篇(SCI/EI收录28篇),授权国家发明专利2项、实用新型专利1项,获中国机械工业科学技术奖一等奖1项。指导硕士研究生10人(研究生国家奖学金2人次、省级和校级优秀毕业生各1人次、校级优秀硕士学位论文1人次)。
